Spirit, Mind, & Body Book Club - How To Be Well: The 6 Keys to a Happy and Healthy Life

Calling all readers! Selena from the Cherry Valley Library will be facilitating this book club at the Puri Family YMCA. Come and enjoy a cup of coffee and chat about this month's book.

In this empowering guide to lifelong vitality, Dr. Frank Lipman breaks wellness down into six essential keys: Eat, Sleep, Move, Protect, Unwind, and Connect.
