Join us on National Senior Health & Fitness Day! This FREE expo is sponsored by Humana and will offer a variety of Active Older Adult classes in 30-minute sessions, plus additional workshops centered on wellness.

There will be a small vendor fair, door prizes, and complimentary refreshments.
