Hello Families of Students Entering Grades 7-12 for the 2025-26 School Year,
We hope you're enjoying your summer! Below are a few important updates from the Rockford Activities office:
Save the Date: Fall Sports Meeting - Monday, August 4, 2025
Families of students entering grades 7-12 who are interested in participating in fall sports are invited to attend our annual Fall Sports Meeting.
Time: 6:00 PM
Location: RHS Auditorium
Presenter: Activities Director Dan Pratt
The evening will begin with a brief presentation from Mr. Pratt, followed by breakout sessions with fall coaches. During these sessions, coaches will share details about their programs, including expectations, practice times and locations, game schedules, and more.
Registration Platform Update
Earlier this year, ArbiterSports acquired rSchoolToday, our previous provider for sports and activities registration. As a result, we will be transitioning to Arbiter Registration.
More information and instructions will be shared in late July, when fall sports registration opens. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this transition.
Free Sports Physicals Available
Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) is once again offering free sports physical exams this summer. If your student-athlete needs an updated physical, registration is now open. Learn more and sign up here: TCOmn.com/SportsPhysicals
Reminder: All students in grades 7-12 who plan to participate in sports must have a sports-qualifying physical exam signed by a physician within the past 3 years on file with the Rockford Activities office.
