Step into nature and into yourself with Aptitude Hikes—a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, and meditation. These guided hikes are designed to help you disconnect from the noise of daily life and reconnect with your breath, your body, and the world around you. 🌲✨

What to Expect:
🚶‍♀️ Mindful walking through scenic trails
🧘‍♂️ Moments of stillness, meditation, and quiet reflection
🌿 A chance to slow down, reset, and recharge in nature

📅 Dates: Wednesdays | April 16, 30 | May 7, 21 | June 18, 25 | July 2, 16
⏰ Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
📍 Location: TBD (Pre-registration required, location emailed prior to the event)
💵 Included in Unlimited Memberships or 1 Class Credit per hike
