Our favorite Fall spirit release is finally ready for your glass, and we can’t wait to celebrate. Come grab a bottle for the season, or enjoy one of our featured Flappen cocktails onsite. We will have live music in the backyard all day, free donuts & s’mores (while supplies last) and food specials to pair. Come hang!

Appelflappen takes you on a journey through orchards bursting with flavor. We begin by distilling carefully selected Michigan apples into a smooth, rich brandy. Our distillers then infuse this base with additional apples and a blend of warming seasonal spices, transforming it into a liquid homage to the beloved Dutch apple dessert.
