Join us for our Veterans & Military Support Group, a free and confidential space for connection, healing, and support.

Led by a licensed counselor, this monthly support group is open to all veterans, active military, and their families (ages 18+). Whether you’re adjusting to civilian life, navigating service-related stress, or supporting a loved one who served—this is a place for you.

Free of charge. No registration required. Just come as you are.

Same day, same time, same place—every first Thursday of the month.
