SPOOKY YOGA 2025

It’s that time of year again! Spooky Yoga at Refined Fit Lab! Spooky tunes, scary good stretches, and all the Halloween vibes in dim lights. Yogi Mariela will be leading a scary good recovery-based yoga class. All you ghouls and goblins should come wearing a costume and ready to get your spooky on!

Goodie bags will be given to all attendees. $20 to book your spot must be paid in advance as the class limit is 15 participants. DM this page or message Cassie or Mariela to grab your spot and we will get you all taken care of! 😊
