Petting Zoo in the Park!

There’s rain and THERE’S RAIN! The petting zoo has been postponed until September 6. Join us for free Barnyard Book Bash for all ages presented by the Rock Island Library and Rock Island Parks & Recreation Department! Level Up family fun by meeting 25 to 35 animals from Miller's Petting Zoo, taking home a free book for each child while they last, and a free cup of animal feed for the first 200 children. Free popcorn for the humans, too! Our Library2Go bookmobile will be there, so it's a good time to finish your Level Up Summer Reading Challenge.

This event is generously sponsored by Rock Island Township. It's free and open to all ages. Level Up at your Library this summer with free all ages Summer Reading Challenge and 150 free events.
