Marching into the Miocene: Summer Camp

Spend the week with us July 22-25 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. learning about the creatures from the time before the Ice Age! Learn about shovel tuskers, giant pig-like creatures, and wild headgear animals that were alive and roaming the Piedmont region! Each day features a different topic, games, activities, and crafts.

🐴July 22 – Miocene Horses
🦌July 23 – Miocene Fancy Headgear
🐽July 24 – Miocene Giants
🐾July 25 – Miocene “Dogs and Cats”

✍️Pre-registration required at chmuseums.org/event/summer-camp/. $10 per member per day or $15 per non-member per day
(Recommended for ages 9 – 12)
