Community Outdoor Yoga

Join us for a refreshing outdoor yoga flow in the peaceful green space beside The Blue Goose! These all-levels community classes are designed to help you reset, reconnect, and root into your breath — all while soaking in the beauty of summer mornings.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a longtime student, you’re welcome just as you are. Expect a gentle yet energizing practice focused on mindful movement, deep breaths, and a chance to come home to yourself.
