It is important to schedule your appointment before the mobile visit. A minimum number must be booked for the event to take place.

Eligibility Guidelines:
Women 40 and older may self-refer, meaning no referral required. Please check with insurance if you’re between the ages of 35-39, a baseline mammogram may be covered for this age range.
Must be one year since previous mammogram.
Must have a physician currently following your care.
Must not be pregnant
No new breast lumps/concerns. Patient should promptly contact their physician if experiencing breast problems.
