STAY AND PLAY

From the 18th- 22nd of August, 10am- 12 noon our church building will be open for children and adults to 'stay and play.'

If you are looking for activities for the summer holidays this is a free event which is open for two hours every day from the dates specified. There will be various acitvities and crafts for children and a cafe for parents and adults. This gives parents the opporunity to relax while having a well earned coffee in our cafe. However, if you would as an adult like to grab one of our board games and play, you are more than welcome.

Though this is a free event a requirement is that all children are accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian does not have to remain with their child while they are doing activities, however, it is advisable for them to be in the building and availible for their child if need be. It is to be noted that tickets are not required for entry but it does help us to know how many people to cater for.

Our cafe will be open from 10am- 12 noon and will serve speciality coffee, tea, sandwiches and fruits.

On Friday the 22nd of August from 12pm-2pm (after the stay and play) we will be having a picnic in the Ashingdon park which is across the road from the church building. However, if it happens to bad weather on that day we will have the picnic inside the church building instead. Please bring any food with you that you would like to eat on the day.
