Charles is the SVP Chief Resident Appraiser at Martin + Wood Appraisal Group, LTD. He is a Certified Appraiser in MI, OH, and FL. He has been in the business for nearly 30 years and has mentored over 40 appraisers. He is a active member of the National Association of State Appraisal Organization's NASAO. Charles was nominated for the Valuation Visionary award by the Collateral Risk Network in 2012 by industry clients, colleagues, and peers.
