Social Yoga
In this class, we begin by checking in with a word or two about how we’re feeling (sharing is optional), then gently move with our breath—seated or standing—and meditate on a short poem or reflection about connection and community. We close with an open conversation inspired by the theme or whatever is on our hearts.
