Deep Relaxation Series

Deep Relaxation with Singing Bowls: You will learn how to do simple progressive muscle relaxation assisted by the frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls and Schumann Resonance tuning forks. You will be supported by sound vibrations that gently flow into and around the body, promoting relaxation on a cellular level so you can reach a state of deep relaxation, turning off the flight-fight-freeze response and activating the body's natural healing abilities.
