About the event

Mindful Mum Walks
This is a free program organised by bubs + buds for any parents with children any age to help foster connection within our community.
We try make it a weekly walk on a Monday morning to start the week well.
We would recommend bringing a water bottle, mat and snack if you want to stay afterwards to spend some more time with the mums and babies.
