This isn’t just a moment of rest—it’s a journey inward. Sound therapy taps into the body’s natural vibrations, helping release energetic blockages and restoring harmony.

What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort. Doors open at 6:50 pm please arrive in good time to settle in.
Should you be unable to attend your session that you have booked please give 24 hrs notice prior and the funds will be transferred to the next session. Failure to notify will result in no refund or transfer.
