Come and experience the magnificent tones of beautiful Singing Bowls, the amazing 20” drum, Koshi chimes and my native American flute.
The concept of sound therapy is based on the knowledge that every part of the body creates a vibration as we are pure energy and as such the bowls align with your vibration removing blockages.

The Sound baths are to be held at St Martin’s Church, Upper Floor, Vicarage Road North, Castleton, Rochdale, OL11 2TE

The main door will also be open from 6.55 pm for you to access and get comfortable. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort. Should you be unable to attend your session that you have booked please give 24 hrs notice prior and the funds will be transferred to the next session. Failure to notify will result in no refund or transfer.
Please note it is advisable not to attend during pregnancy, have a pacemaker or if you suffer from epilepsy. Hearing aids must be removed prior to the Sound Bath.
Please note no parking is available at the church so please park on the streets nearby, thank you.
