Relaxing Soundbath & Guided Meditation

Come and Join me at Hallfold Church for a blissful hour of relaxation and healing frequencies, taking some well deserved time to give back to yourself.

Our lives are often so busy, it is important that we take time to switch off, relax & recharge, rejuvenating our minds, bodies and spirits.

Sound healing is an ancient practice that harnesses the therapeutic benefits of Sound frequencies to promote deep relaxation, healing, and self-discovery.

Following a guided meditation, I play with instruments such as Quartz crystal bowls, the Wind gong, Shamanic drum, Koshi chimes and more, to help rebalance the mind and body, reduce anxiety, release blockages & improve sleep, helping you to feel a sense of calm and deep relaxation.
No experience necessary 💜

What to bring :- A Yoga Mat, Cushion & Blanket.
Bring Water & Wear Comfortable clothing.
