Next in Our Regional Italian Degustation Series:
The Sardinian Table
A Festive Six-Course Culinary Journey Through the Island of Sardinia
Join Nat & Joe as we continue our Regional Italian Degustation Series with a beautifully festive exploration of Sardinia — Italy’s wild, ancient island known for its pristine coastline, saffron, myrtle berry liqueur, pecorino, and iconic handmade pastas.
Indulge in Chef Francesco’s six-course long Sunday lunch table where he blends traditional Sardinian dishes with subtle Christmas twists — warm spices, citrus, pomegranate and honey — creating a rich Mediterranean celebration of flavour.
Expect traditional dishes including pane carasau, fregola sarda with seafood, handmade culurgiones, festive porcetto sardo and the famous Seadas pastry with chocolate and warm orange-blossom honey.
Paired with Vermentino, Cannonau, Mirto Spritz and traditional Sardinian digestivi, it’s a seasonal feast full of island generosity, culture and soul.
A warm, coastal Christmas — the Sardinian way.
All guests will be treated to a beautiful little surprise gift — our way of sharing the joy of the season.
