Southeast Plawkers

Meet the Plawkers on Tuesday, October 28, at the Ninth Street Church of the Brethren parking lot—1103 9th St SE!

Our plawk will start promptly at 5:30! Please arrive a few minutes early to grab your supplies and hear the route plan!

Plawking (picking up litter while walking)—it's good exercise, it's good for the environment, and it's good for bringing neighbors and community partners together to meet, interact, and explore Roanoke neighborhoods by foot! It's FUN, too, and you are invited to come along with us!

The Southeast Plawkers meet every Tuesday (weather permitting) at 5:30pm at various locations in SE. We will take a 45ish minute stroll and pick up litter along the way.

Bags, gloves, and grabbers will be provided (THANKS to our friends at Clean Valley Council!).
