Designed for all levels, this series offers accessible inversions, core stability, and supportive balance work using props like blocks, straps, and the wall. Whether you're brand new to going upside down or looking to refine your technique, each class supports you in finding ease within challenge.
Through a foundation of embodied awareness, mindful breath, and progressive peak pose moves, you'll cultivate:
