MixxedFit Cardio Dance with Get Lit with Gab

Get Lit with Gab is a high-energy cardio and dance fitness program based in Roanoke, Virginia, founded by certified MixxedFit instructor and dance enthusiast Gabbie Carter. Launched in 2023, the program aims to create a supportive and empowering environment where people can feel confident, secure and welcomed while working toward their fitness goals, all while dancing to some of today's hottest R&B, country and hip-hop hits.
