Hunger to Hope: Summer Food Drive

Join WFXR, Feeding Southwest Virginia, and Goodwill for a community-wide food drive aimed at supporting local families in need across Southwest Virginia.

We’ll be set up at Market on Melrose all day collecting non-perishable food items, spreading awareness, and giving back. Plus, all 7 Goodwill locations throughout the Roanoke Valley will also serve as additional drop-off points for food donations!

💡 How you can help:
✔️ Stop by and drop off non-perishable food items
✔️ Spread the word to friends, family, and coworkers

🛒 Most Needed Items:

Canned proteins (e.g., tuna, chicken, beans)

Pasta and pasta sauce

Boxed meals and soups

Canned vegetables and fruits

Cereal and breakfast items
Please avoid glass containers or expired goods.
