This breathwork series is designed to gently guide you back to what matters most.
Over 4 deeply immersive sessions, you’ll be supported through transformational breathwork inside a trauma-informed space — where your nervous system can finally exhale.

These headphones create a rich, intimate soundscape that helps you drop in and stay present. You’ll feel the music, the guidance, and your own breath like it’s all being spoken directly to your soul.
Each week is a homecoming to a deeper layer of yourself:
🌿 Week 1: Connect with Your Body
Feel grounded, safe, and supported. Release stress, tension, and start building trust with your nervous system again.
🌀 Week 2: Connect to Your Intuition
Turn down the volume of outside noise and reawaken your inner knowing. You already have the answers — it’s time to listen.
💗 Week 3: Connect in Relationships
Soften the walls. Clear emotional residue. Open your heart to deeper intimacy, compassion, and authenticity.
✨ Week 4: Connect with Spirit/Divine Consciousness/Higher Power
Surrender into something greater. Breathe into the presence that’s always been holding you. Remember who you really are.
You don’t have to do it all alone.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to show up and breathe.

While this practice is gentle, powerful, and healing — it’s not for everyone. If you have any of the following conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider before joining:
• Pregnancy (unless approved by your provider)

• Severe mental health diagnoses (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure or cardiovascular conditions
