Pilates at the Park September/October 2025

Ready to feel strong, balanced, and energized? Join us for Mat Pilates in the park—an 8-week journey designed to strengthen your core, tone your entire body, and leave you walking taller with every class.

💪 Low-impact, but high results: build deep core strength and long, lean muscles.
✨ Noticeable changes in stability, energy, and tone after just a few sessions.
🌱 Welcoming for all fitness levels—come as you are!
🎒 Bring light weights if you’d like, but no equipment is required.
