Group Sound Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls by Ginger Quinn of Restoreth Sound and Vibration Healing.

The vibrations of the Himalayan singing bowls stimulate the body and produce alpha sound waves, which places the brain into a deep, relaxed meditative state.The beautiful sound and vibrational waves will harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. The session will reduce stress and tension while balancing our energy within the body.

Cost is $15 at the door.
