What is Goddess Yoga?
Goddess Yoga is more than a yoga class - it’s an embodied ritual. Imagine yoga infused with bellydance-inspired sensual movement, sacred circle practices, and breathwork. It’s a practice designed to reconnect you with your body, awaken your inner radiance, and bring play, creativity, and pleasure back into movement.
This trauma-informed practice blends yoga, dance, and ritual to help you:

Open your heart and reconnect with your sensual, playful self

Who is this for?
This is a feminine-centered practice, and while it was born in women’s circles, this space is open to all who feel called. We honor respect, confidentiality, and each person’s freedom to express. Together, we hold a container where everyone’s experience is safe and sacred.
This circle is for anyone longing to feel more at home in their body. You don’t need yoga experience - just curiosity and a willingness to explore. Whether you’ve been craving a deeper connection with yourself, a playful outlet for your energy, or a supportive community, Goddess Yoga welcomes you.
