As the holiday season begins, return to center with “The Middle Way”—a special class designed to restore energetic balance, reconnect you to your inner harmony, and support those in need.

Through a gentle, mindful flow integrating chakra alignment, qi cultivation, and meditative breathwork, we’ll explore the path between excess and depletion—the Middle Way. This ancient philosophy reminds us to live in balance, in compassion, and in awareness.

This class offers space to release tension, reset your nervous system, and realign your energy from root to crown. We'll close with guided meditation and intention setting for a grounded, heart-led season.
