Discovering Your True Potential with Emmanuel Manolakakis

Come experience a paradigm shift in your training and perhaps your life as we experience 3 days (October 3, 4, & 5) of Systema Russian Martial Art with renowned instructor Emmanuel Manolakakis. We will explore concepts and principles of movement, freedom, conflict, and defense through the lens of this masterful teacher's unique insight.

Topics will include:
• removal of tension (fear) from the body and psyche
•freedom of movement
•maximum effect with minimum effort
•discovering your own masterful creativity... all of this and much more!

•Early Bird $285 ends July 15 11:59 pm
•July 16th price is $350 until Sept. 1st
