Shoots & Roots

Join us the first Thursday of every month for "Shoots and Roots". Each month there is delicious plant-based food, great fellowship, and an opportunity to learn something new. This month we will have both a brief health presentation and a cooking demo. The health presentation will be presented by Dr. Ryan McLennan (emergency and lifestyle medicine physician). He will be covering the topic of protein. Can someone get enough protein on a whole-food, plant-based diet? The cooking demo will be covering how you can enjoy french crepes and breakfast protein at home. Of course, you will get to enjoy some of this food there as well. No charge for the event. All are welcome.
