Building a 72-hr Emergency Bag

In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll explore the essentials of creating a 72-hour Bug Out Bag (BOB) to ensure you’re prepared for an emergency. This session is designed as an interactive discussion, where we’ll go over key survival needs and share practical insights on how to assemble a kit that works for you.

We’ll cover the core essentials for one adult to sustain themselves for three days, including:

✅ Water, food, and nutrition basics
✅ Shelter and warmth solutions
✅ First aid and hygiene considerations
✅ Tools, gear, and emergency communication
✅ Adaptability and problem-solving in crisis situations

We’ll also touch on adjustments for families, young children, and pets, so you can plan for your unique circumstances. Whether you’re just starting out or refining your emergency kit, this workshop will provide useful information, thoughtful discussion, and a supportive space to build confidence in your preparedness.
