I'm BAAAAACK

Well, it has been a minute. The Bearded Painter took some time off this summer to recharge - some time with the grandkids, some time on the lake, and just some time to reflect and re-energize. Now I am back, and I am ready to jump back in. Ready to get that brush back in my hand, ready to see some familiar (and some new) faces, and ready to create something wonderful with you! The end of summer is just around the corner, but there is still plenty of daylight left to enjoy the sight of the flowers in a country field - just the image we need to get on a canvas to cheer us up once the flowers are gone and the cold days arrive.

As we kick off this new season, some things have changed. We are at a new location! Off the Rails Event Center in Roachdale is bigger, brighter, more accessible, and a lot less 'basement-y'! No stairs, more chairs, and room to move around to peek at others' paintings as you grab your snacks! However, most things have stayed the same - we will still laugh and tell stories, we will still have fun learning together and expressing ourselves, we will still eat a few snacks, maybe drink a glass of wine, and leave at the end of the night with good memories and a wonderful piece of art.

I am ready to be back with you all! Join us next Friday at Off the Rails as The Bearded Painter breaks out his brushes again!
