Tribal Buti: Honoring our Ancestors

Tribal Buti is a celebration of our roots and the rhythms that connect us all.
This class weaves primal movement, grounded beats, and deep core activation to awaken the ancient wisdom within the body. We move in gratitude; acknowledging the Native and Indigenous peoples whose songs, dances, and resilience have shaped the heartbeat of this land.

Through foot-to-earth connection, hip-led expression, and breath that remembers, we honor those who came before us… and those who will rise after.
