Feral

Feral is an invitation to drop out of your head and into your body.

This is not a polished yoga class.
This is raw, expressive, instinct-led movement designed to help you release what’s been trapped beneath the surface.

Through grounded floor work, shaking and twerking, primal shapes, breath, and music that moves something deep inside, Feral creates space for emotion, sensation, and truth to rise and move through you.

You may shake.
You may sweat.
You may soften.
You may surprise yourself.
