Love & Shadow is a candlelit, introspective practice exploring the places where love meets fear, desire meets attachment, and tenderness meets protection. This is not a heart-shaped, sugar-sweet Valentine’s class, it’s an honest one.
Through grounding power movement, fiery breathing, and long-held stillness, we’ll move the body while gently illuminating the emotional patterns we carry around intimacy, self-worth, and being seen. Expect a blend of yin-inspired postures, breathwork, shadow reflection, and power flow designed to help you sit with complexity rather than fix it.
