Ready to stretch your limits—literally? Join us for naked yoga at Serenity Studios! Bondage and kink can be so much more enjoyable when you’re relaxed and flexible. This class will focus on strengthening your core and stretching your joints, making it easier to hold those tricky positions. You'll build flexibility, stability, and strength, helping you feel more comfortable and confident in your practice. And just for fun, we'll do it naked. 🧘‍♀️✨

Each class will build on poses & skills we learned last time, but this is an introductory class and no prior yoga experience is required.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but we have spares & padding. There will be complimentary drinks and snacks. If you would like to bring your own food, you are more than welcome.
