About the Event:
Kitten season is here—and with it comes an overwhelming wave of abandoned, orphaned, and at-risk kittens flooding our rescue. To help prepare for the months ahead, we’re throwing a Kitten Shower—a special event dedicated to gathering essential supplies and raising critical funds to support the lifesaving work we do year-round.
Why We’re Hosting This Event:
Kitty Cat Connection is a foster-based nonprofit rescue in Kansas City working tirelessly to save cats and kittens from hoarding situations, abandonment, neglect, and overcrowded shelters. This year alone, we’ve taken in dozens of pregnant moms and over 100 kittens in desperate need of care. Each kitten we rescue requires formula, food, vetting, medications, litter, and love—all of which adds up quickly.
Our Kitten Shower is a way for the community to rally behind these tiny lives. With your help, we can provide:

🐾 Toys and enrichment items
🐾 Medical funds for spay/neuter, vaccines, and emergency care
