Children's Yoga Class

Join us for a joyful class designed to help kids feel calm, confident, and connected through playful movement and mindfulness.

Led by Kayla Tierney—mom, speech-language pathologist, and certified children’s yoga instructor—this class blends yoga, regulation tools, and neurodiversity-affirming practices in a welcoming space for all abilities.
