The venue is appreciated for its cleanliness, comfortable temperature, and beautiful, if somewhat old-fashioned, aesthetic. The size is noted as not too big or too small, and the staff are professional and patient. Some visitors even enjoyed volunteering at the venue. However, there were significant concerns about the poor acoustics and outdated speakers, which some found made performances difficult to understand.
