Intro to Somatic Movement & Dance

This offering is for adults of all experience levels who are curious about cultivating a compassionate, playful relationship with their bodies.

Here’s what to expect:

Gentle grounding and awareness practices to settle into the space and into your body

A slow, guided progression into freeform, liberated expression through movement and dance

Occasional nonverbal connection practices that create playful "zones of authenticity”

Join us the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Whether you’re brand new to intuitive movement practices or a seasoned yogi or “ecstatic dancer,” you’re welcome!
