On Saturday, July 26th at 12pm enjoy a private wine tour of Palmer Vineyards, one of the most esteemed wineries in the region. Enjoy a guided exploration of the vineyard’s lush landscape, learn about their renowned winemaking process, enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at art of winemaking, and savor a selection of their finest wines.

Following the tour, indulge in a delectable lunch featuring fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Relish the scenic views and the company of fellow professionals and friends.

After the vineyard tour, we will make our way to Lewin Farms, a charming local farm where you can handpick your own fresh fruits and vegetables to bring home. This interactive experience will allow you to connect with nature and and relish the season's harvest.

To cap off the day, we will gather for a delectable farm-to-table dinner at The Cooperage Inn. Here, you will savor a meal crafted from the freshest local ingredients, prepared with care and creativity.

If you are joining us on Sunday, July 27th, join us for breakfast at the hotel and then a scenic hike through Indian Island County Park's picturesque trails. Enjoy the tranquil beauty of the park's diverse ecosystems and stunning vistas that are sure to invigorate your senses.

After our hike, we'll refuel with shopping and lunch around the quaint village of Mattituck. Enjoy mom and pop local shops including a cheese store, gift shops, boutiques, and the famous Magic Fountain homemade ice cream parlor!

In the afternoon, join us at Founders Oyster Farm for an exclusive tour of their renowend oyster farm. Learn how oysters are grown and farmed and get hands on lessons on the art of shucking oysters from the experts and savor the freshest oysters you've ever tasted.

After the Oyster Farm Tour, set sail on a serene private boat tour of Greenport, the Peconinc Bay, and the iconic Long Beach Bar Lighthouse. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking landscapes and explore the region's rich maritime history.

To concluded our weekend, a must stop before heading home is the famous Briermere Farms! Take home one of their mouthwatering pies, breads, muffins, cookies, cakes, jams, jellies all made from scratch on the farm!
