ENTANGLED
Entangled is the first ever exhibition of contemporary fiber arts to be held at East End Arts Council gallery in Riverhead, Long Island, with an open call to artists nationwide. Artists whose practice creatively engages traditional or unconventional approaches are encouraged to submit proposals for a juried selection. Works may be free-standing, suspended, or wall supported for exhibition in our contemporary art space, featuring ceilings just shy of 10’. Entangled hopes for a multi-idiom, boundary-pushing fiber art exhibition of abstract, figurative, and conceptual works that cross into a multitude of references. This show will pull visitors into a fierce tangle of connections that unravel the imagination!
Artists may enter up to three original works new to the local public for selection.
Submission Fees:
First submission = $40 Non-Members / $20 Members
Additional submissions = $20 Non-Members / $10 Members
All submissions must be completed in a single transaction.

Prizes:
Best in Show = $500 cash prize
1st Place = $250 cash prize
2nd Place = $150 cash prize
Honorable Mention recognitions may also be given.
Prizes and Honorable Mentions are selected by the Jurors and awarded by East End Arts Council.
