Kids' Storybook Yoga

Kids' yoga classes are fun, imaginative, playful, and unique! In this class, we will incorporate songs & story telling into our movement and breath as we move through both individual & partner/group poses. This summer we will add a fun children's book into each class! Our focus will be on mindfulness, breath, relaxation, and connecting with our bodies, helping to build confidence, self-esteem, strength, and coordination in our little yogis.

This class is geared toward elementary aged kids but all ages are welcome! We would love to practice with you!

*A caregiver (required) attends for free!
$10/one child
$5/each additional child
