F.G. Ginther ("Frank", Francis Gordon Ginther) was born on June 7, 1962, in Portage, Wisconsin. He grew up on his mother and dad's 230-acre dairy farm in Big Spring, in southern Adams County in the town of New Haven.
Frank graduated from the Wisconsin Dells High School in 1980 and went on to get his Bachelor of Science in Broad Field Social Studies with a History emphasis and a Master of Science in Agriculture Education at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
Frank lives in the city on the beautiful Kinnickinnic, River Falls, Wisconsin.
