Fundamentals of Dental Implantology
Anatomical considerations and limitations
Principles of endosteal implant osseointegration
Implant Design and Selection
Evaluation of patients for implant treatment
Surgical protocols of flap design, site preparation, creating osteotomies, implant insertion and essential suturing technique
Instrumentation including hand instruments, surgical kits and surgical motors with sterile saline irrigation
Principles of guided implant surgery using CBCT, Oral Scanning and digital planning tools
Using lab processed surgical guides for actual placement
Keys of implant restorations of impression/ scanning and using restorative kits
Importance of abutment selection and final restoration design
To identify and manage common complications
Effective post-operative care
