Retreat Objective: To help participants achieve their Personal Goals using modern Self Transformational tools and techniques through 3 Days NLP workshop followed by practical experiences.

Retreat Highlights:

2.    Morning Yoga sessions followed by a Pahadi breakfast made from organic food

3.    Bicycle Ride experience in the mountains and valleys of Uttarakhand

5.    Waterfall Trek through the wilderness of Rishikesh.

Retreat Details:

Day 1:

• Pick up from Haridwar Railway station
• Breakfast and fresh up in Rishikesh
• 2 hours drive to camp site
• Lunch at Pahadi House (campsite) followed by a group activity - exploring nearby places
• Bonfire and briefing about the program

Day 2, 3 & 4:

• 1 hour morning Yoga Session followed by Pahadi breakfast
• 8 hours NLP workshop on Self Transformation
• Lunch and High tea to be served in breaks inbetween the workshop
• Experiential learning and group activities in the evening to remove fear and limiting beliefs

Day 5:

• Morning cycling trip followed by adventure activities like Zip line, Rope walking etc..
• Lunch, Relaxation and High Tea.
• Cultural night

Day 6 & 7:

• Breakfast at campsite at Rishikesh
• Drive to River Rafting point
• Lunch at Campsite
• Bungee Jumping
• Waterfall trek
