Grab your aloha shirts and join us Friday, Aug 29 at 6:30pm for a tropical potluck party at 7200 Rio Linda Blvd. We’ll have live music, a limbo contest, coconut bowling, and games for all ages—bring your friends and let’s make some memories!
🍍 Potluck Idea Starters (bring your best island dish!)
-Sweet & tangy teriyaki chicken or sliders
-Hawaiian fried rice or pineapple veggie rice
-Kalua-style pulled pork (slow-cooker friendly)
-Fruit boats with pineapple, mango, & kiwi
-Coconut macaroni salad or tropical coleslaw
-Pineapple upside-down cake, coconut cupcakes, or haupia bars
-Island punch with pineapple & lime
Helpful tips: bring a serving spoon, label allergens, and feel free to decorate your dish island-style! Leis, sandals, and bright colors encouraged. 🌞
