This December, I’m inviting my sisters from Black Women Journal and the Melanin Seed Community to join me in Puerto Rico for Seeds of Serenity: Bloom After Rest — a 5-day sacred sanctuary experience created for Black women who are ready to root, rest, and rise.
We’ll gather by the ocean to breathe deeply, sip tea, dance, and remember what joy feels like in our bodies. This retreat is more than rest — it’s a rebirth.
