Our Worship This Sunday

Isaiah 7:14 is the text that tells us that it is the Lord who "will give you a sign." The rest of that passage is incredibly well known as it gets read around Advent and Christmas and is a prophecy of the birth of Jesus. "Behold, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and she will name Him Immanuel."

The role of the church since the coming of Jesus has been to proclaim the birth and ministry of Jesus come to earth as the son of God for us and for our salvation.
